Bill 56, which came into force on October 28, 2020, is the culmination of several years of work by a wide range of caregiver organizations.
As the main player, we obviously have the Regroupement des aidants naturels du Québec, which, since 2000, has brought together several local organizations to adopt a common path and enable such accomplishment.
